Russell Westbrook is one do-it-all player in the league who has always been at the receiving end of judgment. If he stacks numbers, critics tag him as selfish and if he fails, they are quick to write him off. So he has someone in his life who is by his side, no matter what. His wife.
Russ has Nina Earl as his ultimate and irreplaceable support system for years now. The star has switched three teams by now, joining the Lakers as his fourth. But he has remained true to his singular, undivided love towards Nina.

Who is Nina and how did Russell Westbrook and she meet?
Nina, unlike most celebrity WAGs, is not a supermodel. In fact, she is a former UCLA star who played basketball at Diamond Ranch HS. A 2x CIF Player of the Year, 3x MVP, and 2000+ point hoopster, Nina is as much about basketball as Russ. She helped UCLA to an impressive 29-5 record and reach the second round of the NCAA tournament among other notable achievements.
It was around these days when she once was at Pauley Pavilion watching Russell Westbrook play when the duo hit chords. Just as Nina praised a young Brook for his paint dominance, the excited Russ reportedly confessed that his extra efforts were specially dedicated to her presence. After that quick meeting, their relationship kicked off. The two lovebirds dated for the NBA star’s initial six years in the league before officially getting engaged in 2014.

How are they doing as a couple?
Recently, Mr. Triple Double wrote in a post on his Insta profile, “you are an exceptional mother” for Nina and then dropped another post with a heart smiley on it. The couple first welcomed Noah in 2017 after tying knots at the Beverly Hills hotel in the presence of stars like Kevin Durant, Serge Ibaka, James Harden, among others. Later in 2018, God blessed them with twins and made them a small family of five. Currently, the star couple runs Why Not? Foundation while Nina also manages a boutique, A Little Ark, with mothers as its TG.
