For over a year, NBA and Brooklyn Nets have dealt with a peculiar situation with Kyrie Irving. He has been involved in Several Trade rumors this past week. Every team is tossing and turning since these rumors started; the Clippers, Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, Knicks, Heat, and Portland are a few teams monitoring the situation. Recently, Irving asked Brooklyn to allow him to discuss packages with other teams.
He has reportedly not had any conversation or touch with the Nets front office. The Nets have decided to move forward from the Kyrie Irving situation. Moreover, they have removed him from all social media. Brooklyn has looked the other way from committing long term to Irving through a max deal.
In a recent interview, Irving shied away from a question regarding his off-season commitments. He shadily deviated from the questions put on him. To the NBA fandom, this confirmed that he is not interested in the Nets.

Will Kyrie Irving return to LeBron James or stay with Brooklyn?
The Lakers are planning to package a deal for Kyrie Irving. Amidst all of this, Irving decided to clear the air around what the media has been spreading about him.

Irving criticized how his words were twisted. A Cleveland reunion is on the cards for Kyrie Irving. He asked the media and the fandom to only trust his word.
Irving shared on Instagram, “When I smile like that, It means there is more to the story. I’ll have my time to address things”
Moreover, the drama between Kyrie and the organization has persisted throughout the offseason in Brooklyn. Furthermore, Irving’s three-year relationship with the Nets has been troubled by injuries, absences, and last season’s refusal to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Kyrie forced his way out of Boston and has created similar situation hours from the city in Brooklyn. It feels like the New York area has begun to hate Irving. In his last game, Irving promised the Boston fans he would return to the city. He later signed a contract with Brooklyn.

Irving recently admitted that he was not right in the way he left Cleveland. He felt he was the immature one in the entire debacle. With Kyrie leaving, Kevin Durant may find his way out of the entire situation. Durant was recruited by Ankletaker and came to play along with his best friend.

With Kyrie only being allowed to play a few games a season due to his vaccine status, fans feel Durant is right in trying to leave Brooklyn. Durant and Irving led Brooklyn to a few playoffs but came up short of expectations. Irving and KD suffered a blowout in their last playoff outing in the first round this season.
