The Golden State Warriors’ season seems to be hanging by a thread as they lost game 4 against the Los Angeles Lakers. They now need to win three consecutive games to qualify for the Western Conference Finals. Stephen Curry‘s massive triple-double was not enough for the Warriors to beat the Lakers. A certain member of the Warriors squad had a poor showing in game 4, which prompted heavy backlash from fans and pundits alike. A popular basketball analyst didn’t hold himself back while criticizing the young star.

The Golden State Warriors are now down 3-1 in the Western Conference semifinals. Not many teams in NBA history have come back from such a deficit. In fact, the only team to do so was the Cleveland Cavaliers, spearheaded by LeBron James, against Golden State themselves.

Jordan Poole scored a total of 0 points in the fourth game against the Lakers. He’s not having a great postseason and as a result he’s not getting a lot of minutes on the court. Stephen A Smith of ESPN had this to say about Poole’s performances, “Last time I checked he gets a check. Last time I checked he was a Golden State Uniform just like the rest of the team. Last time I checked he was on a team bus. He gets into the team hotels, he gets that per diem. He gets those meals. He’s got a salary of 140 million dollar contract. He got his bag. Jordan Poole signed a $128 million four-year contract after the Dubs’ 2022 title win. He has certainly not lived up to the expectations that the Warriors had from him.
