Stephen Curry drained an impossible shot on a rookie after falling down

Draymond Green had arranged a practice session for Warriors players five days after the draft, Mannion revealed in a podcast interview. The 6’3″ rookie had the assignment to guard Stephen Curry. As it turns out, initially Mannion thought he did a decent job guarding the two-time MVP.

However, things were about to change pretty quickly. At a certain point, Curry tried to go left on Mannion. The rookie guard intercepted the move.

In response, Curry attempted a behind-the-back dribble and slipped. As it turns out, he fell on the ground with his shoulder to the basket. But the eight-time All-Star kept on dribbling the ball.

?And as he gets up, he shoots. All in one motion. He steps back and shoots a three. I contest it and everything. It barely touches the net,” revealed Mannion in the podcast.
