LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers could use all the help they can get. Even with Anthony Davis going off with his insane run, the Lakers are still in the bottom half of the Western Conference. With an 11-16 record, the Lakers are in the 12th position. So, when former Laker Kyle Kuzma sent out a tweet, fans got pretty excited to see a possible return of the power forward.

Kyle Kuzma back to the Lakers to join LeBron James?

But his latest tweet may have indicated fans otherwise. Kyle Kuzma tweeted, “Nothing like getting off the plane and that California breeze hit you.” And it automatically indicated to fans that he wants to be back on the Lakers roster.

Lately, there haven’t been any reports of Kuzma displaying interest in joining back with the Lakers. He is arguably playing the best basketball of his career so far with the Wizards. Kuzma is averaging 21.4 PPG, 7.5 RPG, and 3.6 APG so far this season.

He is also playing the most minutes per game as well. While Kuzma may have been a decent player when he was with the Los Angeles Lakers, he is really flourishing as a player now that he does not have to play in the shadow of LeBron James.
