Combining with Devin Booker to form a deadly duo, the side was a force to be reckoned with. Despite age catching up with the No.3, the interest for Paul in the market still persists.
Guards seem to be the talk of the off-season in the NBA this time around. And Chris Paul is gaining more and more attention. The 36-year-old has a player option, and can either stay with the Suns or leave for another franchise. Robert Sarver still unsure of Paul’s future
Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver is among the more proactive owners in the league. He is a pragmatic figure, and works towards the goal of strengthening his side, no matter what it takes. In a recent appearance on the Burns and Gambo Show, the 59-year-old businessman got candid about the situation regarding Chris Paul.

Suns owner Robert Sarver was asked by @BurnsAndGambo if there was anything that would prevent the Suns from keeping Chris Paul.

Sarver reminded everyone that factors such as the agent, player’s interest, and team staff will play a part in the decision. Upon being asked if something could prevent Paul from staying, Sarver said, “Eh, I don’t know. I’m sure there probably is. But I think our first priority would be to try and get him back but that’ll depend on his agent and James [Jones] and him and me and all that kind of stuff, so I don’t know. We’ll see next week I guess, right?”
