Seeing the Los Angeles Lakers lose consecutive games is not a pleasant experience for their fans. The Lakers have lost 4 games out of 5 so far, in the preseason matches. Looking back over the last several seasons, the club has had various shortcomings. With the changes on the bench this year, the franchise felt confident. But as per their performance so far, fans seem to be in utter dismay.

In the last five preseason games, the Lakers have lost 4 games and won 1 against the Warriors. The trio of LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook is leading from the front. But the one noticeable problem is the shooting. It was one of the key shortfalls last season, and it has continued this season.

The Lakers will face the Sacramento Kings in their final preseason game on 15th October. In their first preseason encounter, the Kings defeated the Lakers by a margin of 30 points.

Fans were disappointed with the L.A. Lakers’ preseason performance

Anthony Davis has been impressive on the court and has been a leading performer for the franchise. In his encounter with the Golden State Warriors, he scored 28 points, including two three-pointers, three rebounds, and three assists in only 21 minutes. There have been several positive and negative takeaways. One thing that caught the eye of the audience is the lack of chemistry between the teammates especially, between Russell Westbrook and Patrick Beverley. It seems like the beef between the two is not settled yet.
