Now they battle the Phoenix Suns in the hopes of getting their first win.

Despite a horror preseason, one positive news for them is AD’s health. The Lakers star picked up several injuries last season and even missed the playoffs. With the Lakers down by a point, Kent Bazemore brought the ball up on a fast break. He spot the run of Anthony Davis near the rim and put it up on the platter for the big man to finish. However, he finished the lob with authority and had everyone on their feet during that play. His health will play a huge factor in the Lakers’ performance, and so far he looks to be back in touch.

Currently, Davis is leading the Lakers with 17 points at the half. While he isn’t shooting as efficiently, he is taking the major offensive load. Westbrook has been on point from downtown, but still continues to struggle. He has added 6 points so far with 2 assists to his name. While Anthony Davis is looking good, Westbrook needs to alter his game to favor the Lakers.
