The NBA world sure had one of its most awaited moments at the Chase Center tonight. After over 900 days of not being on the floor, Klay Thompson finally made his return in a Warriors uniform. He suited up against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Moreover, he had the whole arena on fire after a fiery dunk to mark his return.
Over the past two seasons, Thompson dealt with two major injuries. However, he did not give up and kept working hard to make his comeback. Finally, the moment came tonight as Klay took to the floor and had the Chase Center going wild.

However, he pulled off the unexpected when he pulled off a thunderous dunk on his return that had the Warriors bench going nuts.

Klay Thompson marks his return in style
As soon as the crowd heard the name of Klay Thompson, the noise in the arena was unreal. After all the pain and struggle, Klay is finally back, and he is not planning to hold back. He opened the account for the Warriors with a floater to start things off. However, he kept the main show for the second quarter as he went down the line and flushed down an emphatic dunk.

Likewise, Stephen Curry and the entire Warriors bench went off seeing Klay come back and not miss a beat. The Chase Center was louder than ever, as Thompson enjoyed every moment of it. Despite coming off an ACL injury, Thompson isn’t letting anything slow him down. He has put in enough work during practice and rehab to be confident in his abilities. Hence, there is no fear from here on out.
