This was a classic NBA night with yet another overtime thriller between the Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks. The game had the fans at the edge of their seats for the greater part as the Lakers came out on top. A late game three by Ellington sent the game to overtime. Then, it was the rookie Austin Reaves who sealed the deal.
The Mavericks and Lakers both came in chasing their third straight win. The Mavericks continue to be shorthanded, with Luka Doncic missing due to injury. However, Kristaps Porzingis and Jalen Brunson came up big as a duo once again. That wasn’t enough to get through the Lakers ‘Big 3’.
However, Austin Reaves came up big the entire night as well.
