The Los Angeles Lakers are looking for a third straight win. They are facing the Dallas Mavericks who are without their star, Luka Doncic. The Lake show is coming off a good rest after a win over the Orlando Magic. On the other hand, the Mavericks are playing the second of their back to back games tonight. but LeBron James is making their night a tough one.

After missing two straight games, Anthony Davis made his return for the Lakers as well. However, he isn’t enjoying an eventful night as his struggles continue. Continuing his dominating run, LeBron James is putting on a show for the Lakers yet again.

James has been on fire for the most part and pulled up right from the logo to give the crowd a heat check.

The Lake show got off to a hot start, taking a 10 point lead in the first quarter. However, like many other times in the season, they couldn’t hold it and fell into a deficit at the half. However, the Lakers ‘Big 3’ came firing in the third quarter and tied the game up. LeBron James continued his dominance from downtown and hit a logo triple to help the Lakers start a run of their own in the third quarter.

However, Dallas answered back with a run and tied the game up. With the contest being a one quarter from here on out, the Lakers need to rally and give everything to this effort. The Mavericks are doing a great job without Luka Doncic and their focus will now be all on stopping James.

James is leading the way with 18 points and 2 assists for the Lakers, making 66% of his downtown attempts Westbrook continues to stack the stat sheet with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the ball game. Anthony Davis has been off the most night with 14 points and 9 rebounds with 6 turnovers.

The Lakers need to focus on their defense in this last quarter as Mavericks come in with the home support. LeBron James needs to be the driving force once again if the purple and gold hope to win this game.
