The Los Angeles Lakers just recently lost to the Boston Celtics, but watching Anthony Davis throw in some shots before the game came as a big relief to fans. The purple and gold have been without their dynamic duo for a while now.

Their absence has affected the team’s standing in the Western Conference majorly as they have slid down to the fifth spot now. Initially, they were constantly battling the Utah Jazz, Phoenix Suns, and the LA Clippers for the first spot. However, LeBron James’ absence has had the biggest impact.

But they still seem to be struggling a lot against more elite teams, which is why LeBron and Davis’ return is vital for their success. However, let’s forget their injury problems for a minute and try to focus on how great the two fit together.
