A Boston Celtics legend, Kyrie Irving has been a vital cog in every franchise he has represented. In addition, he also aided LeBron James during his time with the Cavaliers. After switching to the Brooklyn Nets in 2019, the 7-time All-star set out to win an NBA championship. However, some unfortunate circumstances, paired up with injury concerns have denied him the golden treasure of franchise basketball. Ever since the Brooklyn management took the call not to allow Kyrie to play for them, he has been posting a set of cryptic messages on social media. The star guard never really threatened retirement, but hasn’t been seen on-court for a long time. Recently however, reports emerged that the starlet will be returning, as early as the beginning of 2022. If he changes his mind with regard to choice, the Nets will allow him back for sure.

In a latest Instagram story, Irving has teased a potential return. He is seen trying on basketball sneakers, which could mean that he is eyeing a return to the court. A few days ago, Kyrie attended a women’s basketball game, to uphold his idol Kobe Bryant’s dream. On the other hand, his ultimate dream is to win the NBA Championship, and a return may just be his only way to achieving that. He puts on some custom white sneakers, along with what seems like full basketball attire.
