At half-time of the 2016 All-Star game, Zaire and Chris Paul Jr. were allowed to take the floor while the players were warming up. Initially, the five-time champion dueled with Zaire. Both of them scored on each other once, but the 16x All-Star eventually outscored him with his signature fadeaway. Judging from the video, the Black Mamba was seemingly teaching his moves to the now 21-year-old.

Following his duel with Zaire, he engaged with Chris Paul Jr. While the former Lakers player was showing off his dribbling skills; the kiddo tried to nab the ball from his hands, and eventually, he was successful.
