WATCH: Klay Thompson Wins Over the Internet as He Dresses Up as Larry Bird for Halloween

The NBA season keeps getting exciting as each day goes by. Now, it is time for some fun with the players as it is Halloween week. During Halloween, players usually dress up as some characters before the game to celebrate the festival. Recently, Golden State Warriors’ Klay Thompson made sure to join in despite not playing as of yet.

Thompson has been out since the 2019 NBA finals. The three time champion is one of the most successful three point shooters in NBA history. Him along with Stephen Curry combine to form one of the most dangerous backcourts in modern NBA known as the splash brother. However, another thing Klay is famous for is his Halloween costumes.

This year, instead of a character, Klay went with a legendary NBA player as his Halloween costume.

Klay Thompson goes with Larry Bird

Play had had some iconic Halloween costumes through the years. While he isn’t a many of many words, he sure knows how to celebrate in the right way. Likewise, even this year he joined in on the action dressing up as Boston Celtics’ legend, Larry Bird.

In 2018, Thompson dressed as the Will Ferrell’s character from Semi-Pro, Jackie Moon after setting the NBA record for most threes in a game. This year, the star went with his own version for Larry Bird. Recently, in a short video, Klay is seen in a full Bird get up on the court. He decided to take a more saucy approach as he dribbled up and shot a perfect three point shot.

A golden moment for the NBA family, but it also showcases his progress. Unsurprisingly, Klay still has his shooting stroke intact and it is as smooth as ever. However, a good takeaway is his court work seems to be getting better. Even in the video, the Warriors’ star is dribbling with ease and looks all geared up for his return.
