After the Boston Celtics took care of the Nets, the Miami Heat followed the same path. Going into Game 5, the Heat did not slip up at home as they defeated the Hawks. They became the second team to move on in the playoffs. Despite not having their best player, Jimmy Butler, the Vince City won a nail-biting game. However, while on the sidelines, Butler’s celebrations may get him in some trouble.
The Heat has been one of the top teams all season long. Adding players such as Lowry and PJ Tucker only helped their case. Likewise, they overachieved and went on to secure the 1 seed in the East. And they have no plans of dropping their momentum in the postseason. Prevailing in the series against the Hawks, Butler and his forces have their sights set on the prize. Heat edge out against in a dramatic game
Not having two of the most influential players on their roster, Game 5 was no cakewalk for Miami. With the scoreline reading 97-94, the Vince City had to fight their way through the game. Like this series has shown, they managed to once again silence Hawks’ Trae Young from putting his stamp on the game. And Adebayo and Victor Oladipo took care of the scoring for Miami.
But while still early in the game, Butler picked up an obscene celebration that could draw in some fine.

Despite missing out on their top scorer, the Heat were able to hold on. After being out of the playoff rotation, Oladipo got the opportunity to start the game. Likewise, he was at his All-Star level best. Dipo scored the team high 23 points, 3 assists and 3 steals. Center Ba Adebayo was much more aggressive tonight, scoring 20 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Tyler Herro also hounded the Hawks with his scoring putting up 16 points for the night. With the Heat advancing, they are big threats to any opposition they face.
Trae Young’s struggles continued even in Game 5. The Hawks superstar didn’t have anything fall for him the entire night. Normally known for his shooting, Young didn’t sink in a single three-pointer all night. On the other hand, De’Andre Hunter lit things up once again. The young forward went off for 35 points, 11 rebounds and 3 steals. However, the remaining Hawks couldn’t fly like Hunter as the team shot just 41% from the field.
