When the Milwaukee Bucks and Houston Rockets were scheduled for a face-off, surprisingly, it was not a no-brainer. While the Bucks are one of the top three teams in the Eastern Conference, the Houston Rockets trail at the end of the Western Conference standings. However, the Bucks are quite short-handed and hadn’t played since December 18 because of players entering the league’s health and safety protocols.

So, the moment when Rockets’ Christian Wood dropped this amazing dunk on a Bucks defender, fans were actually scared and worried for a second there.

Fortunately, Milwaukee was able to seal this vital victory and get back to their winning ways.

Christian Wood’s dunk stole the show

The Milwaukee Bucks had entered this game with two losses on their backs. The Rockets had just suffered defeat at the hands of the Chicago Bulls. The last time these two teams met, the Bucks had easily triumphed over the Houston Rockets. However, fans were a little worried this time, since Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn’t going to be playing.

While the game looked completely one-sided, Christian Wood was able to steal the limelight from the Bucks with his incredible dunk on Jordan Nwora. In fact, he even finished the night as the lead scorer with 20 points and 11 rebounds under his name.

The Milwaukee Bucks now have some momentum

Sealing this victory has helped them improve their record to 20-13 and they are third in the Eastern Conference. One must also remember that the Bucks won the NBA Championship last year.
