Michael Jordan retired from basketball in 1993. And a couple of years later, he was involved in a $250 million project with Warner Bros studio. At the same time, Jordan decided he wanted to return to basketball. And due to this, Michael Jordan was more focused on his training than the project itself, as he practiced with Shaquille O?Neal, Reggie Miller, Patrick Ewing, and other NBA stars.
When Jordan was working on ‘Space Jam’, he was in Los Angeles most of the time. So this meant he could not commute to Chicago on a regular basis. So Warner Studios constructed a gym which was called the Jordan Dome. It was right next to the studio, and it allowed Jordan to practice while working.

Michael Jordan invited many stars who visited LA to practice with him and many gladly accepted. Here is what MJ said about working out while shooting for ‘Space Jam’. He said,?“I made a promise to myself, come next year, I’m gonna be ready for this game. I started a month earlier than I had ever started and I wanted to get back to enjoy the game, I had to put forth the work on the basketball court”
Reggie Miller, who was one of the stars invited, said,” He invited me up to come up and play and I walked in and said, ‘This is perfect’ because you got all the weights on one side and you got the court in the middle which is great”.?
