Popular rap artist Drake has always been a huge fan of the NBA. Both as a player and spectator, he has the quality and passion. The 35-year-old is one of the biggest fans of the Toronto Raptors. Recently however, he was seen on court with a player from the Miami Heat. This star, is none other than 35-year-old veteran Kyle Lowry.

Drake is known to be an antagonist in terms of his antics as an NBA supporter. Many-a-time, he has pulled out some untoward acts, leaving onlookers in a state of bemusement. There is arguably no bigger celebrity basketball fan than Drake. Yet, he has often been on the receiving end of some frustration. He has had many memorable performances even on an NBA court; particularly in the 2019 season, when he taunted the Bucks, Warriors and more.

On Thursday, Drake was in Miami. The ‘Hotline Bling’ singer was also seen on a basketball court. The lesser known fact is that, Drake is actually a pretty good basketball player. He has witnessed tons of Raptors games live over the years. Needless to say, he was one of the most starstruck people after Kawhi Leonard carried Toronto to a historic NBA title. Meanwhile, Kyle Lowry was also part of the winning side from 2019.

On Thursday, the 4-time Grammy Award winner took on Lowry in a one-on-one encounter. During his time at Toronto, Lowry would’ve surely met and greeted Drake on numerous occasions. Hence, it came as no surprise when the star was hooping with the 6-time All-star. In fact, he nearly sunk in a 3-point shot, but the ball just rolled off the rim. Take a look.
