LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has made news with his 19th All-Star appearance, tying NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most All-Star appearances. In a few games, James will beat the former Laker again when he reaches the milestone of All-time scoring leader of the NBA. What seems to be a great season for the 4x Champion in terms of achievements, might not be one looking at his team’s losing record this season.
With the fans sensing frustration with James, the 19-time All-Star might have confirmed the same in a recent video. The video recorded by a fan from the courtside, in a game between the Lakers and the San Antonio Spurs is going viral on the internet.

Although the Lakers defeated the Spurs, James does not seem to be satisfied. The main reason being the 6’9 forward and his team have failed to secure wins late in the fourth quarter numerous times this season. In addition to their shortfall of clutch performances, Lakers center Anthony Davis out due to an injury has cost the Lakers. Moreover, the organization does not seem to be making any addition to the team, with the deadline around the corner.

The Lakers made a recent addition to the team. Rui Hachimura from the Washington Wizards was traded for Kendrick Nunn for a few days.

Fans believe it was a great addition, as the Japanese forward seems to be a dominant force on the offense. Although that might not be enough for the Lakers to turn the season around.
Patrick Beverly might be traded before the end of the trade deadline
From a recent analysis by Dan Favale from the Bleacher Report, Patrick Beverly along with Lonnie Walker IV might be traded to the Toronto Raptors for Fred VanVleet. Fans believe VanVleet might be a great addition to the team, keeping in mind his shooting ability outside the line. The Lakers are in desperate need of shooters at the moment.
