The Golden State Warriors led by Stephen Curry have been one of the most successful teams in the NBA this past decade. Although they have an aging core, they are still hungry for more. This was confirmed by Curry during a recent interview in which he touched upon his fantastic career and other aspects of his life.

When asked whether Curry would feel content with his career so far after 50 years, he had an interesting answer. In his answer, he revealed that although he would be happy, he still wants to win more.

Former MVP Stephen Curry had a fantastic 2022. He won his fourth NBA title in addition to his first-ever Finals MVP award alongside other accolades. However, he is still hungry for more.

Prior to his injury, he was putting up MVP-level numbers. Although the team struggled, he kept on delivering. With the team finally finding its form, they would be looking to add another NBA title to their name.

During an interview, the host asked if the 2022 NBA title happens to be Steph’s last, will he be content with it looking back at his career after 50 years? Curry, like always, had a witty response.

Answering that question, Steph said, “Tough question. I would say yes, but it doesn’t change the fact that I want some more right now. Tough question to answer when you’re in it.”

Following up on his answer, Steph added that people always need to have a balance of being content with their accomplishments while still having the greed of winning more. Nothing wrong with being greedy for another NBA title!

The Golden State Warriors have one of the most balanced rosters in the NBA. Alongside veteran superstars like Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson, they have youngsters like Jordan Poole, James Wiseman, and Jonathan Kuminga.

Curry injured himself in December when the Warriors were going through a rough patch. While many touted their season to be over, they bounced back in incredible fashion. The team is currently ninth in the Western Conference and is definitely a title contender.
