The news was first brought to light by his teammate, Moses Moody. The two stars entered the Warriors system together as rookies in 2021.

“I’m not lying… he’s tall as f*** now,” said Moody about his teammate’s growth spurt in the past year. According to rumors, the 2021 7th pick currently stands at 7 feet fall. But according to Andre Iguodala, that claim is false!

He feels the rumors are undermining the true extent of Kuminga’s growth spurt. According to the 2015 Finals MVP, Kuminga has grown taller than the likes of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kevin Durant, and even Joel Embiid.

“I just saw JK. He 7’2,” said Iguodala in reply to a tweet about Kuminga’s true height. This statement was enough to cause an uproar among the NBA fans.

It’s a rare phenomenon for NBA players to have a growth spurt after making it to the league. No doubt, Kuminga’s growth shocked people. If what Andre Iguodala said is true, it means the 20-year-old has grown over half a foot since making it to the NBA.
