Shaquille O’Neal left his dominant print all over the NBA. Now, as a parent, it seems he is shaping his sons to soon take over. Notably, elder son Shareef O’Neal has cracked into the league’s G-League. In addition, his younger brother, Shaqir O’Neal, showed off his ferocious athleticism in the face of his legendary father.

Shaqir is the youngest of the O’Neal siblings. The 19-year-old shares a love for basketball similar to Shaq. Unsurprisingly, with the blood of one of the most ruthless rim rockers, Big Diesel’s sons inherited his freakish athleticism. Shaqir is already listed at 6’7” and playing for Texas Southern University. Viral videos spread the word about his lethal shooting abilities.

However, it seems the sophomore has been working in the dark. In a recent clip he shared, Shaqir left Shaquille O’Neal in shock.

The result of his lessons was on the whole show tonight. In a clip shared by Shaqir O’Neal, his explosive athleticism was on full display.

The 19-year-old took a head start to meet the Big Diesel at the rim. However, his quickness left Shaq no time to think. He attempted to challenge the dunk, but Shaqir was already in the air. He finished off the emphatic dunk right over the four-time NBA champion.

The TSU sophomore is determined to make it to the NBA. And he feels being with Shaq might be his best shot. Notably, he acknowledges the knowledge of his father. That’s the reason he prefers to stay with Shaquille O’Neal. As a father, the Lakers legend wants to carve his sons into being leaders.
