The Golden State Warriors faced the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night. While the Warriors beat the Clippers by 124-107, Jordan Poole was seemingly not happy with his performance. The 23-year-old NBA star struggled to shoot and only scored 8 points in the game. Poole missed 12 of his 15 shot attempts and was 2-for-3 at the charity stripe. However, Klay Thompson decided his teammate needed a pep talk. The five-time All-Star apparently told Poole to keep playing with “great intentions and great confidence”.

Thompson said, “Understand we’re all human, we play 100 games a year. There’s gonna be stretches where you’re not your best, there’s gonna be stretches where you’re unstoppable. It’s just about staying even-keel through it all.”
