Shaquille O’Neal gets back in shape
Shaquille O’Neal‘s motivation kicked back in when he discovered a supplement that was formulated to raise the energy levels in men older than 45 years. “I just started to eat better and to make better decisions”, O’Neal said in an interview with Men’s Journal. Initially, he was a sandwich guy. He used to have sandwiches all day long. Finally, he realized that he was looking old. After that, he began focusing on his fitness.

Shaquille O’Neal’s transformation involved about one hour of workout, every single day. “I do 20 minutes of cardio, I’ll do some chest, bis, tris, sit-ups, back and then I’m gone”, said O’Neal.
Joe Rogan is impressed with Shaquille O’Neal’s transformation
Joe Rogan displayed his amazement in ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, featuring the comic and community advocate, Ali Siddiq. In the episode, the duo touched a topic of basketball rims, which led to Rogan revealing his amazement at O’Neal’s transformation.
“Have you seen Shaq, lately?”, Rogan asked Siddiq. After he replied that he hadn’t seen O’Neal in the near past, Rogan said, “I saw him on the internet yesterday and he looks f**king great.” He continues his praise for the NBA champ. Rogan is mesmerized by Shaquille O’Neal’s six packs.

Ali Siddiq then asked O’Neal’s age and Rogan answered that he was around 50. Following that, Siddiq gets self-conscious. He is 48 years old and couldn’t let Shaquille O’Neal get a six-pack without him. “I gotta do it, now”, said Siddiq.

“He changed his diet. Stopped eating b**lsh*t. Works out every day. Trimmed his body down. It looks good”, said the impressed Joe Rogan. Then, the team pulled up images of Shaquille O’Neal and were left flabbergasted. “He quit eating sandwiches and quit eating b**lsh*t. He lost a sh*t load of weight”, Rogan said.
