The two youngsters have been playing phenomenally this season. Nikola Jokic has been one of the best players this season despite being involved in some controversies. Jokic averages 25 points this season. Denver Nuggets’s poor run of form will be the only thing separating Jokic and the award. The Nuggets have been suffering from an injury crisis missing key player Jamal Murray.

Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic has also made it into the list. Despite missing three games, Doncic has had a stellar season so far. The Mavericks have had a good run of form lately.
