Rodman’s eccentricities off the court added still another level to his fame. His widely reported romance with actress and model Carmen Electra came to light among his many off-court activities. Their brief relationship quickly rose to fame, inspiring gossip columns to feed off of it. The couple’s iconic picture with the Larry O’Brien trophy is one that went viral.
