Klay Thompson is much more than basketball. Sure, his dad was a hoopster, and the NBA has given him every recognition and glory, but that’s not all about him. The man would sit with Maverick Carter and discuss finance management like a pro. The same dude would hit the gym with Manny Pacquiao and practice boxing. Klay slays!
However, nothing much is available to the public about Klay’s love for Ice Hockey. Although he is an outdoor man and an ardent promoter of body movement, his association with anything but basketball, golf, or fishing is tough to imagine.

Klay Thompson and his new revelation
Recently, Warriors’ Klay Thompson dropped an Instagram story when he was enjoying a game of hockey as a spectator. That’s when he clicked a picture and attached a hysterical message with it.
In his own words, “During high school, I played junior hockey and still hold two league records: most time spent in a penalty box; and I was the only guy to ever take off his skate try and stab somebody.”
Mychal Thompson’s son has come a long way because he has never stabbed his Jordans into anyone on an NBA court. Plus, he has averaged 33 minutes in his eight-year-long career and hence not much bench time, let alone any ejection time.

The Warriors great and his many interests
Ever since September 2020, Klay Thompson has posted about road trips, gaming, fishing, yachts, Space Jam, and whatnot. But one of his posts was also about Major League Baseball where he uploaded a childhood picture showing him wearing a Boston Red Sox jersey. Take a look –

Well, unless he could pitch that basketball, one can assume it was a childhood fad that never fully returned. Undoubtedly, Klay is a man of many interests and all of that is currently helping him with his injury rehabilitation.
