Damian Lillard is one of the most remarkable players in the NBA today. No matter the game, no matter the opposition, no distance is too much for Dame to shoot the ball. Damian Lillard is as close to a guaranteed three-point shot as possible. And now, he has made history with his three-point shooting.
Dame makes history
In the Trailblazers game against the Golden State Warriors, Damian Lillard surpassed Rashad Lewis on the all-time list of most three-pointers. Damian Lillard is now 19th on the all-time list, just behind Warriors’ Klay Thompson. Given Thompson’s unfortunate injury ruling him out of the season, Lillard could surpass him before he returns.

Lillard, much like Curry, can shoot the ball from anywhere on the court. Many NBA fans remember the iconic buzzer-beater he hit two years ago from deep to knock out the Oklahoma City Thunder in the playoffs.
Lillard’s shot over Paul George to send the Thunder home is one of the most memorable playoff moments in NBA history. That year, Lillard was able to lead the Trailblazers to the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors. However, he could not get them past the incredibly strong Warriors team.
Last season, Lillard played even better, making even more ridiculous shots. And when the NBA restarted in the Orlando Bubble, Lillard was one of the best players during the period. He even made a ridiculous shot on the court all the way from the NBA logo. For his performances, Lillard made the All-Bubble team.
