The ESPN NBA analyst, Mike Greenberg, even thinks that if Williamson continues to be healthy, they might end up in the Top-4. He believes that the dynamic duo of Brandon Ingram and Williamson can make wonders happen.
Talking about expectations from the Pelicans next season, He said, “Top-4 team in the Western Conference if Zion Williamson is healthy.” He added, “If Zion Williamson doesn’t play then they barely make the Playoffs.”

Thus, he believes that the Pelicans can put the rest of the league on notice if their star player can maintain a long run of games.
The reason why Williamson was picked as the #1 draft pick by the Pelicans in 2019 was precisely this: they wanted someone to change how they’ve been playing and start winning.
