However, there was something more than just a win that KD accomplished last night. The Nets guard moved ahead of the San Antonio Spurs legend, Tim Duncan, on the NBA’s All-Time Scoring list. Soon the news broke out on social media and garnered a lot of attention from the fans.

Last night, Durant made history as he occupied the 15th position on the NBA’s All-Time Scoring list. The 2-time NBA Champion achieved this feat after surpassing the Spurs legend who had scored 26,496 points over the course of his illustrious career.

The Nets guard is currently sitting with 26,497 points. During the second quarter of the game, the 34-year-old achieved the historical feat by swiftly completing a basket and adding two points to the scoresheet.

One user pointed out that the now 46-year-old veteran had way less drama during his career when compared to Durant.

Last night, KD displayed an astonishing performance on the hardwood as he ended the game with 32 points, nine rebounds, and five assists.
