The bad boy of the NBA league. The name tag seems about right when it comes to NBA legend Dennis Rodman. Other than being a big part of the ‘Bad boys Pistons’, Rodman also had a reputation of being a wild child. With endless parties and several controversial behaviors, Rodman was one of media’s favorite celebrities. However, Dennis’ ‘adventures’ don’t just end there.
The five-time NBA champion has always been audacious and experimental when it comes to his appearance. From getting blinged up to wearing crop tops, Rodman has never shied away from outrageous outfits.

He would also change his hair color very often. From a bright red to neon orange, Dennis has fashioned his hair with every color of the rainbow and then some more. According to GQ, he was often offered huge sums of money from clubs just for him to make an appearance there.
And it would work – the club would be filled with fans waiting to catch a glimpse of Dennis the Menace. And need we forget the vast collection of tattoos that he flaunts? Needless to say, it was only a matter of time before the league stepped in to voice their objection.
Dennis Rodman gives a befitting reply to the league’s threats
During an interview, the host recalled the time when the former Detroit Pistons player Dennis Rodman joined the Chicago Bulls. He said that after Dennis was traded to the Bulls, he really started to change his appearance in a more vibrant way. Rodman replied that it took half a lifetime for people to know who they really are. He wanted to be a new livelier version of himself and he was glad that fans liked him for who he was.

Recalling the league’s reaction, Rodman said that the league didn’t know how to deal with his bold nature. He revealed that the Commissioner of the NBA once threatened to kick him out of the league if he got more tattoos and piercings. However, the threat had no effect on the Worm as he went and did exactly what he was told not to.
“Really? Okay, great there you go. I kept getting more piercings, more tattoos and they started accepting it you know,” said Rodman.
