The game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Mavericks was full of questionable calls that were missed by the officials during the game. Even Mavericks billionaire owner Mark Cuban went on to his social media to voice his frustration. And it wasn?t just Cuban as Lakers head coach Davin Ham had a few words for the no-call on Troy Brown Jr. as well. But now the NBA?s ?Last Two Minutes? report (L2M) release has Lakers fans ready to riot.
The game between the Mavericks and Lakers has been tagged as one of the worst officiated games this season so far. One of the biggest no-calls was Tim Hardaway Jr. fouling Troy Brown Jr. on the final shot in regulation.

The league is still standing strong with the decision to not call a foul on Hardaway Jr. as they claim that Troy Brown Jr. was not fouled. Instead, the report states that any ?high-five? contact was considered incidental.
But now the ?L2M? report suggests that LeBron James and Wenyen Gabriel were in fact fouled during the final seconds of the first overtime. And fans are outraged over how the officials missed two crucial foul calls in a span of seconds.

One fan tweeted, ?Report is one thing. What?s important is how are they gonna improve and avoid committing mistakes again and again. Do we need to add more ref or two? Without sanctions, fines and penalties, these @OfficialNBARefs will just continue to make bad officiating and abuse of power.?

Another fan commented, ?The refs can make the two teams almost equal in fouls then they say we call the game fairly,it?s the non calls that hurt a team the Lakers did a fine job giving that game away, but when the refs don?t blow the whistle when theirs a foul in crunch time deflates a team mentally.?

Here are some more reactions from Twitter.
What about the Troy shot was a foul? He only touched his hand, landed behind him (not under his feet). I get the officiating was terrible all night but complaining about that one specifically seems like displaced anger

I understand the high five contact but what about the body contact? pic.twitter.com/nuLQ8EfF0Y

The foul on Wenyen was a huge miss by the refs. Even if he misses both FTs, that would’ve been Luka’s 6th foul pic.twitter.com/s2mmUrZBrK

Fans were outraged over the no-calls by the referees and many demanded the league hold the officials accountable over it.

League adds LeBron James and Wenyen Gabriel to the report
The fact that the league?s L2M report added that two fouls were missed by the officials during the final seconds of the first overtime is not acceptable. Those two calls would?ve changed the outcome of the game. Even if Wenyen Gabriel would’ve missed his free throws, that would’ve been Luka Doncic‘s sixth and final foul.

And that is after the officials waived a no-call on Troy Brown Jr. by Tim Hardaway Jr. Fans however were convinced that it was a foul nonetheless. Despite the league waiving the high-five contact as incidental, many fans speculated that Hardaway Jr. did not leave Brown Jr. any space to land on top of the body contact.
However, it looks like the league will not be probing further in this case. Do you think the league should open an investigation into this matter? Let us know what you think in the comments section down below.
