Jordan Poole has been a sensation this season. And yes, a sensation! He has started over 50 games this season for the Warriors. Stephen Curry and Draymond Green were both out occasionally because of injuries during the season and there was a dip in form for Klay Thompson as well. One man who was always rising this season for the Dubnation was Jordan Poole.
He has not had astonishing performances in every game, but there has been a surging progress in games. Poole has been efficient and effective in his jumpers and shots from downtown. Only in his third season, he has become a fan favorite and all the team members, including Stephen Curry, only have high praise from him. All this only makes you wonder what the surrounding news was when the Warriors drafted him. Well, you would be surprised after this season.

Jordan Poole was called the ?worst pick in the draft so far? when the Golden State Warriors picked him as their 28th overall pick. Now, seeing what Poole is capable of, it is more surprising that few teams were in the race to draft him. Although it was no more surprising than calling him the ?worst pick?.

To be fair, Poole did not perform well in his rookie season. He just averaged 8.8 points in 22.3 minutes per game in 52 games. But this was his first season. He has developed and advanced his game by a big margin. Moreover, he is averaging 28.7 points per game in the 3 games he has played in the playoffs. Jordan Poole has been the part of the new trio along with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and they have unleashed their best form. Warriors lead the series 3-0. Coming back from injury, Steph has averaged 25.7 points and coming back in form Klay Thompson has averaged 22 points in three games against the Denver Nuggets. And as for Jordan, it is a ?Poole party? and the Nuggets are in the deep end.
