After a disappointing end to their postseason run this year, the Warriors were expected to make some major moves in the offseason for another championship run. However, with the 48-year-old’s exit, the Warriors’ future stands in doubt.?
Another crucial piece of the Warriors was their assistant coach, Jama Mahlalela. The 42-year-old was the director of player development. Jordan Poole, Kevon Looney, and a few other stars benefitted hugely from Mahlalela’s assistance. Now Mahlalela and the Warriors have decided to part ways. The 20-year-old won a championship with the Warriors in his very first year. However, he was not satisfied with how the team used him this season. Especially in the playoffs.
