The Los Angeles Lakers team and management have already started making efforts to get things right. They know getting a correct coach for the team is really crucial, and they went through weeks of interviews and deliberations to get a suitable candidate for the head coach position.

LA Lakers had an unexpectedly poor performance this year. Hence, they parted ways with their head coach, Frank Vogel, as they believed that his decisions put them in that position.
