Chicago Bulls legend Dennis Rodman has lived a life surrounded by controversy. Even after his playing days have been over, Rodman somehow ends up making headlines. Rodman also faced a lot of adversities while growing up that he had to overcome on his way to making it big in the NBA.?

However, his actions off the court often grabbed more attention than his on-court plays while he was in the NBA. With two Defensive Player of the Year awards under his belt, Rodman also won a record seven consecutive rebounding titles to go along with his five NBA championships.
Dennis Rodman and his relationship with his children
While talking about his life during an interview in 2013, Rodman once confessed to his strained relationship with his children. ‘The Worm’ said, ?It’s my son’s birthday today, and I missed it. For the last five years, I’ve missed it. It sucks. He’s my smallest son. My kids don’t give a s**t, but I do. They hate me because of who I am.?
Rodman has three children, he has a daughter from his first wife Annie Bakes named Alexis Rodman. And he has two children with Michelle Moyer, son DJ Rodman, and daughter Trinity Rodman.
And even though Rodman has somewhat of an estranged relationship with his children, he has recently made up with his daughter Alexis. Due to Rodman’s eccentric nature, Alexis would often get teased by other kids while growing up.?
Furthermore, she did not speak to her father from when she was 10 to 19 years of age, but since then she has worked on mending her relationship with her father. She said, ?I had to grow a thick skin, and I didn’t want people to feel bad for me.?

Rodman is working on being a better father
Alexis Rodman further said:??He’s completely different when he’s not in public. He’s normal. It’s a beautiful thing…??
From winning championships with Michael Jordan to partying with superstars, Dennis Rodman has undoubtedly done it all. Rodman once told a friend, ?You know why I drink? Because the moment I step out these doors, I have to entertain. And I don’t feel like doing it.?
