Shaquille O’Neal has had some pretty divisive takes on basketball throughout his career of being an analyst. As one would know Shaq, he couldn’t care less about him being different than others. The Los Angeles Lakers legend did something quite similar recently when he threw a Miami Heat youngster under the bus ahead of the All-Star weekend. A decision that no one amongst his Inside the NBA crew agreed with. Needless to say, the fans had a similar reaction to Shaq’s extreme take.
Unlike all his studio colleagues, Shaq didn’t include Bam Adebayo in his All-Star Team’s reserve list. The fans went in on Shaq as the Twitterverse exploded on such a decision.

None of his fellow colleagues agreed with his take as everyone had Adebayo at the top of his list. The Lakers legend’s prediction might not as well be true because Adebayo has had the best season amongst his teammates. The Miami Heat youngster was heralded as the ‘Next Shaq’ by some due to his performances last season.
The 25-year-old has exceeded expectations and is having the best season of his career. He averages 21.6 PPG, 3.1 APG, and 10.1 RPG compared to his career average of 14.1 PPG.?
The seven-foot legend has not yet come up with an explanation on why he omitted the 25-year-old from his predictions, but one can be assured that there’d be good reasons behind it.?
