At the end of Game 4, the former San Antonio Spurs star had a run-in with the officials. In a clip that went viral, the Hawks guard made contact with the referee and even verbally abused the official, according to the NBA. Executive Vice President Joe Dumars announced the decision to suspend Murray a day before the Hawks’ crucial Game 5 battle against the Celtics. Murray has been one of the best players on the floor in the series, averaging 25.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists, and 2.3 steals per game.
But to his glee, Murray will get a chance to fight beside his teammates once again and it will be a return in front of the home crowd. And it is all thanks to ‘Ice Trae‘.
