Recently, the NBA legend Magic Johnson noted for his years in the Los Angeles Lakers made an honest admission regarding the two best teams in the East. However, soon his admission grabbed the attention of the fans on the internet and made them reflect on it.

Magic is quite active on Twitter and shares his thoughts on it. Recently, the five-time champion?shared his opinions about two of the top three teams in the East.

The now 63-year-old said, “Jayson Tatum has led the Celtics to the best record in the NBA while averaging 31 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. I think the Celtics might be the best in the East but the Nets are the most dangerous.”?

Regardless of what the fans say, both teams are tearing the league apart with their performances. On one side, the Celtics are sitting at the top with a winning record of 26-12 and a .684 percentage. While on the other side, the Nets are sitting in third place with a winning record of 25-13 and a .658 percentage. Interestingly, both the team’s respective superstars Tatum and Durant are in-form and are recently putting on some amazing performances. Though now it is unpredictable to say who would end up in the playoffs, the fans would probably never dislike an Eastern Conference Finals between the Atlantic division’s powerhouses.
