The Los Angeles Lakers are currently on a roll as they keep picking up important wins, one after another. The Lakers crossed swords with the Utah Jazz on Monday night at Vivint Smart Home Arena and came out victorious with a magnificent performance from their star, LeBron James. Following the game, King James addressed the media in the locker room, but his teammates disrupted his interview in their own way, something which has kind of become a recurring theme.

The spirits in the Lakers locker room seem to be high. With the postseason just around the corner, they couldn’t have found a better time to find form. These locker room shenanigans aimed at the four-time NBA champion caught the attention of fans and an ex-NFL player. They were apparently amused after coming across a video of the entire incident.

LeBron James’ teammates make noises from the background

A video uploaded by noted journalist, Jovan Buha unveils James addressing the media in the locker room after the nail-biting win over the Jazz. While the All-Time leading scorer was replying to the interviewer’s question, his teammates made loud goat noises in the background. These noises kept on rising as he went on to answer further questions from the interviewer. However, what’s interesting is that both James and the interviewer remained unfazed by the said noises. However, the 15x All-Star had a sly grin on his face at one point in time while giving the interview.

The Lakers’ players addressing him as the GOAT is quite understandable as he elevated to another level during the Lakers vs Jazz matchup. The four-time MVP was undoubtedly the best player on the floor last night. He hit a game-winning layup late in the overtime to seal the victory for the purple and gold. James ended the 135-133 win over the Jazz as the highest scorer with 37 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists. Incidentally, James scored 30+ points for the first time since the historic night when he became the all-time leading scorer earlier this year.

With last night’s win, the Lakers now have one foot in the Playoffs. They are currently the 7th seed and if they win their remaining games, they will automatically qualify for the postseason.

Lakers locker room incident amuses Emmanuel Acho and fans

The former Philadelphia Eagles player Emmanuel Acho reacted to the video by saying, “These moments inside the locker rooms with your teammates are the best things about sports.”
