The NBA is synonymous with the launch of custom themed sneakers in the festive season. The biggest stars of the league like Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard and Lakers’ Anthony Davis launched their custom sneakers this festive season.

Davis has sported Kobe’s signature shoes multiple times. During the 2020 NBA finals, AD donned the Trophy Gold Kobe 5s.

Fans were delighted when Nike and Davis announced that they were going to launch new Kobe 6 ‘Grinch’ Protos. The 27-year-old wore the ‘Grinch’ Kobe 6 exactly after 10 years Kobe Bryant wore them.

The champions had a comfortable win against the Dallas Mavericks as four of their stars LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Montrezl Harrell, and Dennis Schroder combined to score 90 points in total.

The Lakers started their regular season in a bittersweet manner. First, they had an amazing ring ceremony for the champions. This was followed by a 7-point loss to the Clippers where Paul George scored 33 points.

The Lakers responded in some style as they dominated Luka Doncic and the Mavericks in a 138-115 victory. The Lakers looked like a much more complete side with the new signings.
