Debating over who the GOAT is might never go out of trend. Every generation has had its own version of greatness. Right from Chamberlain, Bird, and Magic to Curry and Jokic, the supply of greatness has been endless. That brings the question, of whether we can determine who was/is the greatest across generations. This is where the conversation comes to a halt, as it is impossible to reach at a conclusion acceptable to all.
However, there is a different perspective provided by Scott Williams, who has been lucky enough to play with both the greats. Williams is currently on a press run for his book titled Through The Fire. During an interview, the 55-year-old was asked the obvious question. He was with the Chicago Bulls from 1990-94 where he won 3 championships. Then he shared a locker room with LeBron during 2004-05 with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Williams said that he played with LeBron when he was just starting out, but he did get to see his rise over the years. However, with Jordan, Williams saw him in his absolute prime when he ran the league all by himself. Williams said, “He would take players? confidence from them and it did not matter who that player was to the point where they would be left thinking I can?t beat this guy.” Adding that MJ would give his opponents sleepless nights, he said that His Airness was invincible during his prime.
