Draymond Green had last year infamously punched his teammate Jordan Poole. Among the crowd that rushed to call out Dray was Rudy Gobert, who famously tweeted “Insecurity is always loud.”?A year later, Gobert however, channelized his inner Draymond Green and threw a punch at his teammate Kyle Anderson.
Dray quickly gave it back to the suspended star and threw at him the exact same words he had used to ridicule Dray last year. However, Draymond Green remarked that Kyle Anderson’s words were provocative in the first place. “He gained a little respect from me because he stood up for himself,” said Dray alluding to Rudy Gobert.
After admitting that his rival Rudy Gobert earned his respect, the Warriors forward went on to issue a stern warning to the Sacramento Kings. The playoff clash of the North Californian franchises is special for numerous reasons as Draymond Green and co. will horns against people who were once their kith and kin.

“Congratulations to see the Sacramento Kings. Thats dope to see, happy for Mike Brown, happy for Leandro Barbosa, the vet. All Golden State Warriors guys. Happy for those guys. That stops now. It’s time to go now,” said Green expressing his determination to face some former members of the Golden State fraternity.
This playoff game is also special as California will witness the clash between the capital and the bay area. Given the presence of former Warriors members on the Kings, and the cultural significance, the playoff game can better be dubbed as the ‘clash of the cousins.’ Though Green warned his cousins, the Warriors have a burden on their shoulders as this might be their final run as a dynasty.
