Draymond Green is one of the most important players for the Golden State Warriors. He brings to the team much-needed energy, effort, hunger, and mentality. Unknowingly, his defensive efforts and antics sometimes land him in hot waters, as he tends to get out of hand at times. As such, he is one of the most hated players by rival fans.?
During the Finals against the Boston Celtics, Green had a tough time concentrating with the Boston fans? constant name-calling. During his podcast, he admitted that Stephen Curry helped the situation by turning the fans against himself. So that Green could focus on the game.

Eventually, the Warriors clinched the title without needing a game-7. Even though Draymond Green didn?t help the team with his scoring, he was still an important piece.
However, there was a time Draymond was called out and this time, all Stephen Curry did was laugh. But it wasn?t during a game. Comedian Mike Epp roasted Draymond Green in front of a packed crowd. During the show, Epp gave a shout-out to the Warriors in attendance. And then proceeded to impersonate them.?
When it came to Draymond, Epp said, ?That mo**erfu**er crazy right there! That mo**erfu**er Green? You need a mo**erfu**er on the team like that. He jumps up in everybody?s face??

And Curry lost it when Epp started impersonating Green?s antics on the court. The whole crowd couldn?t stop their laughter.
Draymond Green for the Golden State Warriors
In 2012, the Warriors selected Draymond Green as the 35th pick. He was not thrilled with his pick and played with a chip on his shoulder. Green once revealed that he remembers all the 34 players that were drafted before him, just to remind himself to work hard.

Draymond Green is not a traditional power forward or Center. Even though he doesn?t possess a great handle, he can be the facilitator of the team. He makes it up with his passing abilities. Also, he can defend almost every position from point guard to center. This versatility helps his team a lot. And initially, when Steve Kerr started his coaching role, Green?s versatility came in handy as he used a smaller and much faster lineup.?
Now the 35th pick of the 2012 NBA draft has won 4 NBA titles so far. Additionally, he has won two Olympic Gold medals with the national team. Green has made the all-star team 4 times. He was the steal leader in 2017 and won the Defensive Player of the Year award. And he is widely considered a future Hall of Famer.
