Devin Booker dropped 34 points, 2 rebounds, and 7 assists during his 35 minutes on the court. Standing by his side, Deandre Ayton had 16 points and 14 rebounds to seal the deal for the Suns. On the other hand, Stephen Curry’s 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists in 30 minutes, together with Jordan Poole’s 17 points, were insufficient for the Warriors.
It was a disappointing night for Klay Thompson. He scored just 2 points and 2 assists during his 19 minutes on the court. But Thompson came into the headlines after his scuffle with Devin Booker.

Even after that, Thompson went on to trash-talk Booker.
A video of the incident was posted by Bleacher Report on Twitter, in which the three-time All-Star spoke about the incident. When asked about his scuffle with Thompson, Booker presented his thoughts and said, “Man I love Klay Thompson… That doesn’t excuse us from competing against each other.”?Despite the on-court rivalry, it was interesting to see Booker share his respect for the four-time NBA champion after the game was over.
