Shaquille O’Neal is caught up in a legal battle right now. The NBA’s giant is actively being pursued by attorneys looking to serve him papers. However, the Big Man has been able to avoid them successfully till now. The 7’1 superstar of the game, who can be seen everywhere from advertisements to television shows, has been successful in dodging the plaintiffs’ lawyers regarding the FTX lawsuit.

Although there has been no comment on the ongoing issue from the 4x NBA champion, a lot is being written in the media. When the news of Shaq evading the attorneys came out, fans were particularly surprised by the methods he is choosing in order to avoid any interaction.

Shaquille O’Neal’s recent antics concerning the FTX class action lawsuit are making headlines

Shaq is one of the many celebrities who are listed in the class action lawsuit filed by FTX investors. The other notable public figures involved in the case include Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Larry David, Naomi Osaka, and Steph Curry. However, the other celebrities did not pose any problems while being served the papers of the lawsuit. Shaq is the only person, who is supposedly avoiding any interaction with the plaintiffs’ attorneys, as he tries to allegedly avoid being served with legal notice in the case.

It is a general process that everyone has to go through. In any case, the defendant is served notices and other legal documents and the representative of the plaintiff is responsible to undertake the action.

However, in the case of the Big Man, he is not letting anyone close enough to him so they can complete the due process. As per a recent report published in WSJ, the lawyers for the plaintiffs, “have tried to serve O’Neal at his homes and studio and tossed the legal papers at his fast-breaking SUV.” The $600 million rich superstar is dodging them. It has been reported that Shaq is driving past the people lurking around his house in order to avoid interactions.
