When Shaquille O’Neal was on the court, he entertained. When he made his TV appearances in both shows and interviews, he was engaging to watch. On his Instagram too, Shaq is nothing short of that either. Tonight he posted an Instagram reel of himself that prompted an online interaction between him and his son. Shaq converted the laughable moment into a teachable moment, in an instant with his witty repertoire.

The NBA champion posted a video of him doing a ramp walk. He captioned it, “It’s hard being a supermodel“. Shareef O’Neal reacted to the post and attempted to call out his dad’s antics. But Shaq refuted with a comeback.

Shareef had said, “You just sneaked dissed yourself“. The Big Aristotle took the opportunity to share a reality check for his son. He said, “if u diss yourself then who can diss u. it’s all about that peace my son“.

The video showed Shaq, all fashionable with a grey suit and fitted pants. He also sported a black hat as he strutted across the hall with typical supermodel elements: the pause at the front, the twirl, another pause again, with great confidence, and a winning smile.

Shaq may have been pretty pleased with himself because he put a text in the video stating, “old dudes that think they fine…….“. He also gave a shoutout to JC Penney for their ‘Big and Tall’ collection. He is their fashion ambassador.

Earlier this week, the NBA legend shared a series of photos on Instagram to ring in Shareef’s 23rd birthday. The 50-year-old player captioned the photo, “Happy Birthday Reef Boogie. I love you“.

The son is set to make an NBA debut soon. The 6’10 forward signed with the G League Ignite. Shareef claimed that the decision has brought the whole family closer. He also recalled his dad’s words: “He was like, ‘You’re my son. I’m going to support you no matter what.’
