Devin Booker has signed a massive contract extension with Nike that will last through 2029. The deal comes in the wake of the 25-year-old star signing a whopping $224 million four-year super max extension with the Phoenix Suns. Furthermore, Booker was also announced to be the lead cover athlete of NBA 2K23 on Thursday, joining Michael Jordan, Sue Bird, and Diana Taurasi, as this year’s special-edition covers.
Devin Booker has had a remarkable season with the Phoenix Suns this year. In fact, he led the Suns to secure the best record in the NBA, winning a franchise-record of 64 games in the process. Booker averaged 26.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.8 assists during the regular season, shooting 46.6% from the field.

As a result of his brilliant showing in the 2022 season, Booker finished fourth in this year’s MVP voting. Additionally, he also managed to bag a spot in the All-NBA First Team for the very first time in his career.
Devin Booker signs a massive deal with Nike
It is really a good time to be alive if your name is Devin Booker. The 3-time All-Star has just signed another contract extension with Nike that will last through 2029.
Booker’s partnership with Nike is not recent by any means. In fact, the sportswear brand signed Booker before he made it to the NBA in 2015. His first contract extension with the brand took place in 2018.
Incidentally, the Suns star’s recent deal with Nike would guarantee him a 15-year partnership with the brand. The 6’5″ guard has rocked Nike’s Kobe models since the Mamba’s retirement in 2016. Booker has also appeared in Nike commercials to further the brand’s motto.
Meanwhile, Booker also extended his contract with the Suns for a whopping $224 million that will keep him in the desert through the 2027-28 season. In addition, he also joined Michael Jordan and Sue Bird, among others, to be the face of NBA 2K23.
