Remember when everyone thought Stephen Curry’s Warriors and LeBron James would compete in the finals every year? At the same time, do you remember a 6’ft guard playing an important role in the Championship team of 2018 alongside Curry? Many also remember the same guard for playing an equally important role in the championship team of 2020 alongside ‘the King’. Yes, we’re talking about the #4 Quinn Cook.

Cook played a crucial role in both the Championship teams. Playing in 74 games for the Warriors, he had an excellent 3-point shooting percentage of 40.6% After winning the two rings, it felt as if Quinn had disappeared.
Lakers then traded him to the Cavaliers, where he was waived. The Warriors fans from 2018 remember the heroics of Quinn Cook and the value that he can add to any team. Missing a full year by staying on the sidelines now, he finally got a contract to be back in the NBA.
To the Kings from ‘the King’ LeBron James
Quinn Cook played a very important role as the third point guard in the championship team of the Golden State Warriors of 2018. He then shifted to the Lakers, with LeBron moving to the Lakers contending for a new championship, which was also fruitful.
He ended up winning a championship with the Lakers in 2020 during the bubble year. But after that, he was released by the Lakers. Later, he joined Cavs, only to be released later.
Last year, we missed LeBron James’ former teammate in any NBA action because he was playing in the G-league. But, recently, news has come in that the Sacramento Kings have signed Cook for a one-year deal.

This hilariously made a pun that he had shifted from ‘the King’ LeBron James to the (Sacramento)’ Kings’. After being on the sidelines for a year, Quinn Cook would look to make an impression in this year’s season.
